Most zones shown on the zoning map allow multiple building types. The regulations that apply to properties vary depending on these building types. See the building type examples below to identify the range of building types included in the new zoning code. Users can also enter an address (by clicking the magnifying glass on the zoning map), which will open a window showing the zoning that applies to a specific lot and the building types allowed in that zone.
